Learning Ministry (Discipleship)

Purpose: To biblically educate the body so that they can become a disciple making disciple.

Mission
Helping parents raise children to know, love and serve Jesus Christ!
1) Knowing means children's heads are involved
2) Loving means children's hearts are involved
3) Serving means children's hands are involved
Kingdom Kids
To assist the parents in leading their children to Christ and in establishing a Christian world view.
Scholarship
To provide monetary support to FCBC members seeking to further their educational growth and development.
Tutoring Ministry
Our objective is to assist the youth of the church in their academic endeavors. We will provide tutoring in the subjects of Mathematics and Science for grades 6 through 12 for FCBC members on Tuesdays (7pm-9pm) and Saturdays (10am- 12pm). As part of the Learning ministry it our hope to show that the body of Christ is able to meet the academic needs of the congregation.
God's Fine China
To equip and empower women in Christ with the tools necessary to face the daily challenges associated with the spiritual journey of life with boldness and confidence. We encourage women to discover their purpose and WALK out their faith: strengthening their love for the Lord Jesus Christ through prayer, bible study, fellowship, service, stewardship, and community outreach.
Ephesians 2:10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.
Health Ministry
The purpose of the FCBC Health ministry is to help Friendship Community Bible Church congregation and surrounding community to attain, maintain, and or regain individual optimal health. Seeking the wellness of the mind, body and spirit through programs that foster a healthy lifestyle, including good nutrition, exercise, interactive health programs, and collaboration with community health service organizations.
Family Life
Through God’s direction we will strive to create a church family which demonstrates authentic love, compassion and kindness to one another. We will encourage the church body of Friendship Community Bible Church to seek spiritual growth within the family; inspiring service, outreach, and unity within our church and in the community.
WFG Ministry Word Fellowship Community
The Christian life was not meant to be lived in isolation, but within an atmosphere of mutual support and encouragement with other believers in the Body of Christ.
Souljahz 4 Christ
Souljahz 4 Christ are youth being trained to be good managers of their God given spiritual gifts, talents, abilities and material resources, while helping one another become committed followers of Jesus Christ, thus advancing the Kingdom of God.
CFG Ministry (Community Fellowship Group)
Provide a structure for connection, support, encouragement and spiritual growth for believers at FCBC. Create Christian community by building stronger relationships with the Lord and with one another. Connect with unsaved and unchurched spiritual seekers in the communities where the CFG is meeting. Therefore encourage one another, and build up one another, just as you also are doing. 1 Thessalonians 5:11
The Vine Ministry for young adults ages 21-41
Focus is on building a community of like minded believers at Friendship CBC by spending time in the Word, pursuing service opportunities together, as well as fellowshipping in fun with one another.
Man Up
To call and disciple men into a loving relationship with Jesus Christ by which they fulfill their God given purpose as priest of their homes, leaders within their communities and as His servants to others.
